The Adventures of Captain Save A Hood and Peter Proper is a cartoon created by Eric Clement. It all started as a series of comic books, and developed into a movie. It's about a very altruistic super hero and his side kick trying to save the ghetto from all of it's ills. As you can imagine, it doesn't go well, and hilarity ensues.
